  • The History of Tarot & Why We Use It
In your very first lesson you'll learn all about the history of the Tarot and start to build a clearer picture of Tarot's reputation, how it has been used in the past and how it has evolved into what we know and love today. In order to have a good understanding of the cards, you need to know where they came from!

  • The Divine Masculine & Divine Feminine In Tarot
Learning about the divine masculine and feminine energies in the Tarot cards has been a hugely helpful tool for me to lean on in my own Tarot journey. We can use the unconscious knowledge we had about what these energies represent to more intuitively read the cards and create more meaningful interpretations.

  • The Conscious, Subconscious & Higher Consciousness
The Tarot is a tool designed for introspection, this means it reaches into the various parts of us that hold information. It then draws out the key information it thinks we need to focus on to find the answers we seek.  These parts of the self are the conscious, subconscious and higher consciousness, which is why I wanted to introduce you to these spaces before we get stuck into the meanings of the actual cards.

Recently on my Substack blog I’ve been giving my r Recently on my Substack blog I’ve been giving my readers a little more insight into what’s happening inside my brain, what challenges I’m currently facing and how I’m trying to move forward.

2025 has been such a draining year for me and as we get closer to the Christmas break, I’m really starting to feel the weight of the fatigue of it all.

One of the main areas I’ve been thinking about recently is Energetic Tarot and its purpose. Things have been feeling a bit out of alignment for a while now and I really hoped that the new refresh would get things back on track, but something still doesn’t feel like it’s fitting right.

I’ve been working through a Mental Wellness coaching course for the past few weeks and it’s really got me thinking about streamlining my offerings, expanding outside of just tarot and creating something more holistic. I’ve got some ideas of what I’d like things to look like, but it’s going to mean some repositioning which is both scary and exciting.

After this year, I really need 2026 to be a year of growth and success… cause my word am I tired 😆
I'm finally back on Substack after thinking about I'm finally back on Substack after thinking about it for a very long time and never having the energy to do anything about it (which is explained in the post...)

Over the last few months, I've been trying to relaunch the business, but things are not flowing the way I'd like them to. I don't know whether it's just the economic climate or whether the changes in my own life are changing my priorities in my business, but I'm finding I'm feeling really burnt out with all the pressures that being a business owner is bringing me.

When thinking about where I want to put my energy moving forward, Substack was always one of the main places I wanted to get back to. I've missed sitting down and writing these more personal-style blogs, so I thought I'd see if I could make it a nice, relaxing Sunday night ritual for myself.

I might not be as active on Instagram as I have been lately, I'm finding it's just not giving me the joy and creative freedom I was hoping for. This whole 'appease the algorithm' is just feeling a little too much for me right now.

I'll still be dipping in and out when the mood takes me, but if you want to keep in touch, make sure you're on my mailing list or following me over on Substack 🧡

"Understand yourself, and you'll be able to care f "Understand yourself, and you'll be able to care for yourself. As long as you do that, you'll shine like the star that you are." - The Full Moon Coffee Shop by Mai Mochizuki

The Star in the tarot is a card of hope, looking forward and having optimism about what's to come 🌟

When we reach this point in the cycle, after facing the challenges in The Tower, we're invited to pause and reflect on everything that we've overcome. We're encouraged to recognise who we have become, so we can realign and make choices that prioritise who we are, rather than who we were.

Have you experienced a moment of realignment after a challenge? Tell me about it in the comments. 💬
What works for me, will not always work for you. What works for me, will not always work for you.

This is why building a more personalised wellness routine, based on what you need in the moment, is the best way to create long-lasting and sustainable change.

To do this well, there are few things we need to work on:

❤️‍🩹 Self-discovery - we need to make time to sit and think about why we are the way we are and what is motivating our behaviours.
❤️‍🩹 Emotional resilience - we need to work to build emotional resilience so we can better navigate all the crap that life inevitably throws our way.
❤️‍🩹 Setting intentional goals - in order to move forward and feel like we are doing what we can to live the life we want to live, we need to be able to set actionable and intentional goals for the future

When we can work on these three pillars, we can give ourselves a better chance of creating wellness practices and self-care routines that always tackle to root of the problem, instead of just putting a plaster on a wound that needs more care and attention.

Let me know in the comments how you choose to start your days and how you adapt depending on how you feel each morning! 👇🏻
