  • The History of Tarot & Why We Use It
In your very first lesson you'll learn all about the history of the Tarot and start to build a clearer picture of Tarot's reputation, how it has been used in the past and how it has evolved into what we know and love today. In order to have a good understanding of the cards, you need to know where they came from!

  • The Divine Masculine & Divine Feminine In Tarot
Learning about the divine masculine and feminine energies in the Tarot cards has been a hugely helpful tool for me to lean on in my own Tarot journey. We can use the unconscious knowledge we had about what these energies represent to more intuitively read the cards and create more meaningful interpretations.

  • The Conscious, Subconscious & Higher Consciousness
The Tarot is a tool designed for introspection, this means it reaches into the various parts of us that hold information. It then draws out the key information it thinks we need to focus on to find the answers we seek.  These parts of the self are the conscious, subconscious and higher consciousness, which is why I wanted to introduce you to these spaces before we get stuck into the meanings of the actual cards.

@THEENERGETICTAROT

This may seem surprising to you, but I'm actually This may seem surprising to you, but I'm actually hoping that 2026 will be a Tower year for me... let me explain ⬇️

This year has been a bit rubbish. Actually, it's been very crappy indeed. I've really struggled with my physical health, which then impacted my mental health. The business had a very slow and less than fruitful year. I didn't reach any of my goals I'd planned for in the new year. It's just been a year that I'd very much like to move on from.

There's something cleansing that comes from The Tower. It demolishes everything that is fragile, unsustainable, poorly built, poorly maintained and just a bit s**t. After this year, there's so much that I just want to clear away, get rid of, reframe, reforge, remould and rewrite. I've done so much work on myself and my business this year, and I do feel like there is a lot that needs to change moving forward.

So I'm actually hoping that The Tower can come along and knock everything down, clear the way and leave me with a blank slate so I can rebuild something that feels more supportive and empowering for 2026.

If you want to dive more into your own personal transformation, then make sure you take a look at my Emotional Awareness and Self-Discovery email pathways. They're completely free, and you can find out more by clicking on the highlights or clicking the link for the email pathways in my bio 👉
Here are 5 ways I’ve noticed my well-being trans Here are 5 ways I’ve noticed my well-being transformed after learning to read tarot in a more practical and grounded way.

🌿 I’m more aware of how my thoughts and feelings are connected
🌿 I’m more aware of how thoughts are not always as they first seem
🌿 I can more easily dig into the parts of myself that may be harder to access or tend to
🌿 I now know that tarot will always be there for me when I need that extra support and guidance
🌿 I feel more confident and capable in stepping up and putting my own needs first

Something I always found confusing when starting t Something I always found confusing when starting to learn tarot, was that all the “how to learn tarot” resources required you to learn the traditional meanings of the cards, but then there would be people telling you to use your intuition and trust your gut, so which one should you do?

In a way, it’s a bit like painting. You have the general techniques, materials and composition, but how you put it all together and what it looks like when its finished is uniquely your own. Even if you were copying a piece of artwork, it’s almost impossible to duplicate it exactly.

When we learn the traditional Rider Waite deck meanings, like we do in my Foundational Tarot Course, we are giving ourselves the techniques, the materials and the understanding of composition we need to be able to play and experiment more freely. It sounds counterintuitive to learn the rules and regulations in order to have MORE freedom, but having these things under your belt will allow you to create a practice that feels completely your own and is designed just for you and your individual needs.
