Welcome to Energetic Tarot. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase and participation in our online self-led tarot courses, including the Foundational Tarot Course and any other digital products or services offered by Energetic Tarot and Cat Crawford (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing our courses, you agree to these Terms.

1. Course Access and Payment

1.1 Course Purchase Options

  • Foundational Tarot Course
    • Full Price: £270, paid in full at checkout.
    • Payment Plan 1: £150 at enrolment, then 6 monthly payments of £20.
    • Payment Plan 2: £150 at enrolment, then 12 monthly payments of £10.
  • Other Courses
    All other self-led courses must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

1.2 Lifetime Access

  • “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the course as offered by Energetic Tarot.
  • If a course is discontinued, enrolled students may request the lesson content as a downloadable zip folder.
  • Download links for discontinued course materials will be active for 48 days after being sent. After this period, the link will expire.

1.3 Payment Plans

  • Payment plans are available only for the Foundational Tarot Course.
  • If you cancel your payment plan or fail to complete all scheduled payments, your access to the course will be revoked.
  • If a payment cannot be processed via Stripe, you will receive a reminder email. If payment is not made within one month of this email, your course access will be revoked, and the payment plan will be discontinued.

2. Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our courses and products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Tarot readings may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Energetic Tarot and Cat Crawford, in extreme circumstances, within 30 days of the PDF reading being delivered.
  • To request a refund for a tarot reading, please contact us at cat@energetictarot.co.uk.

3. Student Responsibility

  • All courses are self-led. You are responsible for your own learning and progress.
  • Email and WhatsApp support is available for guidance and questions.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including course materials, PDFs, and website content, is the property of Energetic Tarot and Cat Crawford unless otherwise stated and is protected by copyright law.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any course materials or tarot readings. Any infringement may result in legal action.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

  • All payment data is securely processed by third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe, and WooCommerce.
  • We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties.
  • You may request deletion of your personal or sensitive data at any time by contacting us at cat@energetictarot.co.uk.

6. Discontinuation of Courses

  • If a course you have purchased is discontinued, you may request the course materials as a digital zip file download.
  • It is your responsibility to download the file within 48 days of receiving the link.

7. Governing Law

  • Energetic Tarot is a UK-based company. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
