A little look at yesterday’s full moon 🌝 and sharing the latest assets from my recent Substack post!

I was really worried after I hit publish that all my recent posts have been so negative 😅 but it’s just one of those seasons. I’m have to remind myself that I’m writing these posts because I want to write them and not because I think it’s what other people want to hear.

Anyway, enjoy me rambling on about what it’s like to be moving through burnout and how it’s impacting how I’m tackling the first month of 2026 🩵

I’m thoroughly enjoying my Substack Sunday writing sessions at the moment! 📝

The last post before Christmas and this one is a look at something I’ve been working on tackling for a while. Perfectionism.

I’ve been working through my coaching course recently and I thought I’d use this week’s post to do a sort of self coaching around the topic of perfectionism, so have a read and see what you think!

This week’s #substack post is a look at my 2026 vision board!

I do one of these every year and usually they are very business goal heavy, but this year it feels a bit more personal. A bit more fun 💃

Even if your year doesn’t end up looking exactly like you imagined it, it’s still worth creating a vision board so you can anchor yourself in what you want most, as you dodge and weave the challenges life will inevitably throw at you.

Recently on my Substack blog I’ve been giving my readers a little more insight into what’s happening inside my brain, what challenges I’m currently facing and how I’m trying to move forward.

2025 has been such a draining year for me and as we get closer to the Christmas break, I’m really starting to feel the weight of the fatigue of it all.

One of the main areas I’ve been thinking about recently is Energetic Tarot and its purpose. Things have been feeling a bit out of alignment for a while now and I really hoped that the new refresh would get things back on track, but something still doesn’t feel like it’s fitting right.

I’ve been working through a Mental Wellness coaching course for the past few weeks and it’s really got me thinking about streamlining my offerings, expanding outside of just tarot and creating something more holistic. I’ve got some ideas of what I’d like things to look like, but it’s going to mean some repositioning which is both scary and exciting.

After this year, I really need 2026 to be a year of growth and success… cause my word am I tired 😆
