Emotional Awareness Pathway

Welcome to the emotional awareness pathway.

This is a free 8-week email course that will deliver a different email each week, straight to your inbox. Each email will offer you resources, tips, exercises or recommendations to help you get to grips with mindfulness, recognise and label emotions, find acceptance and regulation and integrate more emotional awareness into your everyday life.

To work through this email course, I recommend you have either a tarot or oracle deck to work through the exercises and make sure you have a notebook to hand for all the journal prompts coming your way. Please also add cat@energetictarot.co.uk to your email address book, to make sure no emails get lost in your spam folder.

Week 1&2: Mindfulness & Self-Reflection

To start, I’ll offer you a selection of resources to help get you thinking about mindfulness and self-reflection, including journal prompts and the ‘Get To Know Yourself’ digital PDF workbook.

Week 5&6: Acceptance & Regulation

In this week’s emails, you’ll receive a self-love meditation audio to help promote gentle self-acceptance, as well as resources to help you better connect and trust your intuition.

Week 3&4: Emotional Recognition

Through an Emotional Awareness wheel exercise, you’ll get a better overview of your current emotional landscape. You’ll also receive tarot spreads to help you work through your findings.

Master Emotional Awareness

Becoming more emotionally aware doesn’t just help you take better care of your mental, spiritual and emotional self; it can also have a dramatic impact on your life as a whole. It can help you build stronger relationships, make better decisions and even help you manage and navigate stressors much more easily.


This free email course is for those who
